Satoka cannot get along with her dad although she wants to. Even when dad came to her room, she couldn't be nice. She just says 'let go to a trip with mon together when she gets better.' But she is not sure when her mom gets better.
Satoka finally told Shinichiro that he would meet her mom on the next day at the place where the mom wrote in her old letter that she wanted to see Shinichiro. However, Shinichiro came to see mom in the hospital on the previous day. The mom was so surprised. They made some small conversation remembering thir youth. Shiichiro told the mom that he is going to Hokkaido, and he left.
Satoka, who doesn't know Shinichiro already met her mom, called the taxi driver to take her mom to the meeting place, under the big cherry blossom.
Question: Why would Shinichiro go to Hokkaido?
