Correction: １：'近隣' is a correct word, but not veery commonly used. 近所（きんじょ）is better.
２：My question was 'ホラー映画が好きですか。Do you like horror movies (in general)?' So your answer should be いいえ、すきではありませんNo I don't like them. or はい、すきです。Yes I like them. Anyway, you needed the present tense in your answer coz my question was present tense.
